Kylite opened his eyes to see a dark sky filled with gray clouds, well what could be expected, Pop had gotten the place. He started to do his morning stretch when he noticed a hairy pressure on his chest. As his eyes scanned down towards his torso he saw what it was, it was Cyite. In the middle of the night he must have slumped onto the couch beside him, resting his head on Kylite’s chest.
“You should be proud,” he mumbled into Cyite’s hair as he buried his face in it. “You’re perfect.” He said as he admired his almost naked body.
This caused Cyite to stir and wake, looking directly up at him. “Good morning.” He said softly.
“How’d you sleep?”
“Great.” He sighed happily as he wrapped his arms around Kylite.
They showered up, got dressed and walked down into the lobby area where most of the guys had already gathered.
The room was huge; in the front left side there was a pit like area where there were three couches around a fire. On the right across the tile walkway there was a round wooden table with six chairs around it. The stairway was in the middle of the room and led up to a second level that over looked the main room before leading to the private rooms. Just under the overlooking second floor there was a stone fireplace and behind that there was a large open space filled with tables, chairs and couches. The back wall was a huge glass marvel with huge windows in it, looking down on the snow covered forest and bay.
Sarge, Hotwire, Tank and Pop were all in the same positions as was normal now-a-days. They were all sitting at the counter to a bar built into a wall by the windows.
“Bout time ya showed up,” Pop said groggily. “We need some breakfast.”
“What do I look like, a cook?” Kylite replied.
“No…but we’re all seated nice and comfy…”
“You know…hey where’s Psycho?”
All the guys at the bar pointed up and when Kylite looked to the rafters, there was Psycho still dressed. He was still asleep on a beam, the only reason one would notice him was his leg that was hanging down.
“Aren’t you guys going to try to get him down?”
Sarge got up, stood next to Kylite and looked up at the swinging leg.
“Thing is, he seems content so why waste the effort to just make him unhappy?”
“Oh I see, so you’re both lazy and full of bull shit.”
Sarge then noticed Cyite walk behind the counter pull out a bowl and pull a cereal box from a cabinet, place them on the bar, add some milk and start eating. He sat contently eating his cereal in his white socks and over sized t-shirt that went down just past his rear. His hair was in the same loose pony tail as always although slightly wet do to the shower.
“Hey Sarge, you ok?” Kylite prodded.
“Uh…yeah…just thinking.”
“Ok…”
By now the others had gotten into the act and were contently crunching their cereal. Sarge for some unknown reason chose to sit at one of the tables across the room, looking out on the great view. Kylite sat himself next to Cyite and helped him finish his bowl of cereal.
“So…” Pop said out of no where, attempting to start a conversation. “Cyite, you’re the newest here, how do you like being a member of the Order?”
“Well, it’s been hard but sense I have such a great teacher I’m sure I’ll manage.” He replied, smiling up at Kylite.
“Is that so, what makes this lad so great, other then his rank I mean?”
“Well, he’s kind, good looking, and strong, brave…a good person to talk to…great in bed-”
As Sarge heard this he choked on his meal and spit it out onto the window. “He’s what?!”
“I’m just kidding…we’ve decided it wouldn’t be a good idea to go all the way yet.” He stated rather bluntly.
Kylite had gotten a little uncomfortable with all this talk, his night life wasn’t supposed to be common knowledge.
“Let’s stop the conversation on that note honey.” He said sheepishly.
The guys finished their meals and then decided to explore their new home; they had arrived late that night and didn’t really see any of it. Pop went with Sarge to the main building; they were living in the larger living quarters. They had yet to investigate the old, smaller main office where the pool, hot tube, lounge and main desk was.
Hotwire stayed behind and waited for Psycho to wake up and come down from his rafter. Cyite and Kylite trailed behind Pop and Sarge, for Cyite wanted to see the hot tube and Kylite had nothing better to do.
Tank found a couch in front of the fireplace and plopped down for a nap.
“Hey Pop,” Sarge whispered as the two walked down the snow covered path. “Look behind us…”
Pop turned around and saw that Kylite and Cyite were a few meters behind them and that Cyite was clinging to Kylite’s arm.
“Yeah, what about it?”
“Don’t you have a problem with that?”
Pop gave him an odd look. “Boy, as long as their pants stay on and they don’t do anything weird in front of me, it’s fine.”
“But, Cyite’s dressed like a girl again, isn’t that dishonoring the Order?”
“What do you mean? He’s wearing the neophyte tunic, that’s not dressing like a girl!”
Pop stormed ahead, getting rather frustrated with Sarge’s paranoia. Sarge on the other hand saw no problems with his thinking. He shrugged and ran to catch up to him.
Back in the apartment building Hotwire had started to grow bored with just sitting there, Tank had gone downstairs and found the exercise room, he would be down there for hours.
“Bored…bored…bored…” He repeated to himself.
Time started to drift by as the sleeping Psycho did not wake, his leg still hanging and swinging. Just then Hotwire got an idea; he conjured up a metal pole and touched the end to Psycho’s leg. He then sent a large electrical surge from his hand, up the pole and into Psycho. He jumped up, slipped and fell over the side landing right on the floor.
“Are you awake?”
“Yes.” He replied, still on his face.
“Why’d you sleep so long?”
“Well I’ll tell ya,” he said now sitting on a couch. “I was in a hot tub with fifteen women! Now if you’ll pardon me I’ll be running down to the main building.”
“Why?”
“The women might still be in the hot tub!”
With that he ran out of the room and out the door, luckily he was still clothed from last night.
When the group got to the main building Pop sat down in one of the chairs, by the coffee, candy, soda and video tape machine, in the lounge. Sarge started digging through the check-in counter and the rooms behind it, in the other room. Cyite and Kylite wandered the building until they came down a hall and saw a huge indoor pool and a hot tub.
“Look, they have a hot tub!” Cyite squealed.
“Yeah, it looks nice.”
“Why don’t we go for a dip?” He said with a sly look drifting across his face.
“But we don’t have any swimming suits.”
“So?” he giggled as he pushed Kylite into the water, and then jumped in after him.
“Oh come on, now I’m all wet, the walk back is going to be freezing!”
“Don’t be such a baby,” Cyite replied as he undid Kylite’s belt. “In a few minutes you won’t care anyway.
Well he did have a point, he thought to himself as he began unbuttoning Cyite’s shirt.
“Hey Pop, where’s the hot tub?” Psycho screeched.
“Down that hall, past the vending machines and then take a left past the arcade.” He replied, not looking up from his paper.
Psycho bolted down the hall, past the vending machines, shot past the arcade and took the right. He ran into the large, humid room with the pool and hot tub but then he caught his foot on something and flew into the air, landing in the hot tub, flat on his back. He shot up and gasped for air before getting his bearings; he looked around and saw clothes thrown all over the room. Turning back to the hot tub he saw Kylite and Cyite in one corner, wrapped around each other.
“Hey what are you doing here?” he questioned seemingly unaware.
“Let me see,” Cyite screeched. “Kylite and I are in a hot tub together, naked…what do you think we’re doing, playing Marco polo?!”
“The thought had crossed my mind,” he replied while rubbing his chin. He then looked down and noticed something. “Whoa…”
“Hey, stop starring at me!” Kylite ordered.
Kylite was busy trying to cover himself with Cyite’s naked body. “Hey stop that…now he’s looking at me!”
As all this was going on Sarge was walking down the hall to investigate all the noise coming from the pool. When he stepped into the room his eyes bugged out, he scanned all the clothes on the floor and slowly looked up into the hot tub.
“Oh my god, Psycho get the hell out of there!”
Psycho did as he was told and crawled out, flipping onto the floor, doing another face plant. Sarge had taken off his hat and was trying to cover his face but he still couldn’t believe his eyes.
“Can’t you two keep your snakes in their cages, we just got here!” he yelled.
The two in the hot tub just sat there, Cyite sitting in Kylite’s lap with his arms around him.
Sarge quickly grabbed Psycho by the arm and dragged him out of the room, muttering foul words under his breath.
Cyite looked back up at Kylite and grinned. “Now, where were we?” he giggled as he locked him into a passionate kiss.
